OBSCURE ALCHEMY is a collection of work studying organic form, emotion and transformation. Looking at things from different perspectives not only through subject matter, but also through the techniques and materials used to create. Photography is a common thread throughout the work, whether it be straight forward, used as reference, enhanced and altered with mixed media, or in the form of chlorophyll prints - a process of using the sun to imprint images directly on to plant leaves.
